The first daffodils have appeared, snow drops and crocus are popping their heads up. Spring is on its way. Where better to round off a good walk than at our traditional village pub. We have a wide selection of beers ( CAMRA & Good Pub Guide recommended.)
Food wise, Head chef Andy Hipgrave, a extremley talented local chef with an abundance of experience .Together we have created a best of British Menu, featuring some fantastic classics dishes such as Game pie and Sausage & mash to a whole Dover sole, or a simple sausage & mash to butternut squash, goats cheese & basil risotto. For those with a lighter appetite we have a variety of warm baguettes, sandwiches & Jacket potatoes. Everything is cooked fresh and on the premises so all dietary needs can be catered for.
